All classes have warm-ups and cool-downs. You are welcome to drop-in and attend any class casually, though CDT dance classes usually follow a plan for each semester, so regular attendance will give you the best result. And if you’re dancing with us regularly, why not become a CDT Member?

All CDT dance classes are suitable for ages 16+. CDT does not offer children’s dance classes, except CDTribe dance classes which are suitable for teens 12 to 22 years with additional needs. CDT is a member of Ausdance ACT and follows the Australian Guidelines for Teaching Dance (as published by Ausdance National) and the Code of Ethics for Dance Teachers.
