All classes have warm-ups and cool-downs. You are welcome to drop-in and attend any class casually, though CDT dance classes usually follow a plan for each semester, so regular attendance will give you the best result. And if you’re dancing with us regularly, why not become a CDT Member?
All CDT dance classes are suitable for ages 16+. CDT does not offer children’s dance classes, except CDTribe dance classes which are suitable for teens 12 to 22 years with additional needs. CDT is a member of Ausdance ACT and follows the Australian Guidelines for Teaching Dance (as published by Ausdance National) and the Code of Ethics for Dance Teachers.
Unsure of which class you’d like to take? Pay for the first one then try them all for a whole week! See the admin staff about 10 to 15 minutes before class to sign up then show the receipt for any other class for the following week. Ask our lovely admins for further details. And… in addition to a physical workout, dance is an excellent exercise in mental well-being. Check out our FAQs.
